Terms of Service
These Terms form the agreement between you and Bondera governing access to and use of the Service. Please read them in full and use the Service with care, honesty and good faith.
Scope
Bondera is a mutual-aid collaboration interface built within the Pi Network ecosystem. It provides supporting capabilities for identity authorization, information matching, encrypted communication and value transfer. The Service is not a bank, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or any regulated financial service. You understand that using the Service creates no promise of profit or guaranteed outcome.
Accounts & Authorization
You authorize your identity through official Pi Network capabilities. We do not custody your passphrase, private keys or wallet credentials and cannot recover them on your behalf. You are responsible for securing your devices, account and authorization credentials, and for activity performed through your account. If you detect any anomaly, stop using the Service immediately and handle it through official channels.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully, truthfully and in good faith. You must not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate, infringement, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity; use automation to mass-register, scrape, manipulate matching or disrupt stability; or publish false, misleading or unfulfillable information.
Collaboration
Bondera provides connection and collaboration tools. Specific arrangements between members are made and performed by those members at their own judgment. The platform is not a party to those arrangements and bears no obligation for payment, performance or compensation between members. We make no guarantee regarding a member's credit, capability, willingness to perform or the outcome of any collaboration. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first seek amicable resolution; the platform may assist with available records where lawful and technically feasible. Each member must confirm that their collaboration is lawful in their own country or region; the platform does not verify local regulatory requirements on their behalf.
Communication & Content
Chat content is end-to-end encrypted on-device; our servers relay ciphertext only and do not hold plaintext. You are responsible for the content you send and store, and must respect the privacy and lawful rights of others. Do not transmit unlawful, harmful or unauthorized content through the Service. Encryption does not make content lawful, nor does it relieve you of legal responsibility.
Digital Assets & Settlement
Payments and settlements involving Pi are completed on the relevant blockchain network and are generally irreversible once confirmed. You must verify the address, amount and network yourself, and bear the risks of network fees, price volatility and operational error. The Service does not provide custody, exchange or price protection. When a collaboration is settled, the platform allocates a Community Fee at the chosen industry's rate, supporting contributors, ecosystem building and mutual-aid protection; the applicable rate is shown on the publishing page.
Dispute Assistance & Staking
Where the Service provides dispute assistance, the following rules apply:
- 1. Nature. Dispute assistance provides fact summaries, clause comparison and proposed options for the parties' reference. It is not an adjudication or legal advice and carries no enforcement power. The platform is not a party to the collaboration; a party who disagrees with the outcome may still bring a claim before a competent court or commence arbitration, and this item does not affect that right.
- 2. Staking. A user may voluntarily transfer Pi into the platform wallet, which the platform records against that account and uses for reputation grading. While staked, the Pi is held by the platform wallet, whose private key is kept by the platform. Staking yields nothing and is not an investment, deposit, or wealth-management arrangement. A user may request unstaking at any time, and the platform returns the corresponding amount to the wallet address bound by that user. BNDR is used only for reputation and eligibility records; it is not equity, a security or a right to returns, and is not used to pay compensation.
- 3. Execution and procedure. When the agreed conditions are met, the platform initiates the transfer through the Pi payment channel in accordance with rules confirmed in advance by both parties, and no single transfer exceeds the amount staked for that order. The platform bears no obligation to compensate: it is not liable for failing to take part, for being unable to execute, or for an outcome that differs from a party's expectation. Dispute assistance sets an evidence deadline; evidence not submitted by then is treated as waived, and the relevant stake stays frozen until that deadline passes.
- 4. Human review. A party may request human review. Review is carried out independently by invited reviewers, who do not accept instructions on the outcome from the platform or from either party. Review fees follow the rates published in the app and are unrelated to the outcome; the other party is offered review of the same tier.
- 5. Export. A party may export the evidence list, proof fingerprints, the applicable rule version, and statistics on comparable outcomes drawn from public judgments, for use in court or arbitration. Such statistics are not a prediction of any individual case and are not legal advice.
Intellectual Property
The brand, interface, documentation, code and visual system of the Service are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license solely for normal access to the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify or use them for competitive purposes. Content you publish remains yours, but you grant us a limited license necessary to operate and present the Service.
Availability
The Service is provided as is and may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, third-party dependencies or force majeure. We strive for stability but do not guarantee continuous, timely, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms in response to operational or legal requirements and will notify you through in-app prompts or page announcements. Material changes will be announced separately before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you may stop using the Service at any time. If you materially breach these Terms or harm the platform or other members, we may restrict or terminate access.
Governing Rules
You must also comply with Pi Network's official rules, and with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of your own country or region. The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the rules most closely connected to the Service within the limits permitted by law. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
