Privacy Policy
Bondera treats privacy as the foundation of collaboration. This Policy explains how we process, protect and respect your information, and how you can exercise your rights.
Principles
We follow the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation: we process only the information necessary to provide the Service, and strive to keep our processing clear, predictable and controllable. This Policy applies to the Bondera application and related pages.
Information We Process
With your authorization, we may receive the public identifier and username of your Pi account; information you voluntarily provide in your profile; a wallet address you bind or use; metadata necessary for tasks, conversations and collaboration; device and log information; and preferences such as language and theme. We never ask for your passphrase, private keys or wallet credentials.
End-to-End Encryption
Chat content is encrypted on your device, and only you and your counterpart hold the decryption keys. Our servers relay and store ciphertext, cannot read plaintext, and do not parse communications for advertising or analytics. Please secure your device; losing the keys may make some historical messages unrecoverable.
Purposes
We process information to authorize identity and maintain sessions; provide matching and collaboration tools; protect security, prevent abuse and diagnose failures; comply with legal obligations; and improve the experience on a de-identified basis. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share your personal information with third parties except with providers necessary to deliver our infrastructure (such as hosting, database and network services), who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose necessary information only when required by law, judicial or regulatory process, or to protect the vital interests of members and the platform.
Storage & Retention
We retain information for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described, unless otherwise required by law. Logs and security records are generally kept for shorter periods; encrypted conversation data is retained according to service and storage policies. After the retention period, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, withdraw consent or restrict processing. You can manage preferences in the app settings; to exercise other rights, please use the help and feedback channel. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We protect information with measures including transport encryption, access control, least privilege, auditing and monitoring. End-to-end encryption ensures communication content is not exposed to the server in plaintext. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please safeguard your device and credentials.
Third Parties & Cross-Border
The Service relies on distributed infrastructure, so information may be processed outside your jurisdiction. We require relevant providers to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards. Pi Network services are operated by Pi under its own policies and are not covered by this Policy.
Minors
The Service is intended for users who meet the age requirements of applicable law. If you are below the legal age in your jurisdiction, please use the Service with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If we learn that a minor's information was collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.
Updates & Contact
We may update this Policy and will mark the effective date on this page; material changes will be announced through in-app prompts. Continued use means you have read the updated Policy. If you have questions, email us at the address below.
